Horrible service at Woolworths Clearwater mall

In all my woolies experiences, I’ve never encountered such horrible customer service. Went to do an exchange on Monday 17/06/2019. No greeting, I told her what I was there to do, she just called her supervisor and said “ straight swap”. The supervisor came through just looked at me, no greeting still. Did what she was there for and then the consultant just looked at me and said “we are done” in her own language. No thank you or goodbye. It’s so disappointing, even worse that this is the customer service area. Woolworths Clearwater please remove such people from the customer services desk. The consultant’s Name was Esther.
