Horrible service and lack of interest HO

The service is generally very slow at Morningside Woolworths cafe in the Morningside Shopping Centre but on my last visit there, on Tuesday 15 October, we waited 20 minutes to order coffee, and eventually called the waitress, another 20 minutes to recieve our coffees. We then waited 40 minutes after ordering our second coffees to recieve them, only to be brought an incorrect order. And this is all while the restaurant was less than half full. The manager was extremely disinterested. I emailed Woolworths head office to complain and I have yet to recieve a response. There are numerous other complaints about the bad service online. Perhaps its time that something is done about it? Either way, I will not be back. Thankfully there are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in the area that make an effort for their customers... but Woolies Cafe is not one of them!
