Horrible service

I went to buy shirts, belt and underwear at Woolworth thavhani mall,l picked up a small belt as l wanted to check if is my size the teller refused told me about the camera l felt like l was a ********,l then picked up the large underwears as l was in the rush_wen l get home l realise they are large_l didn't open or wear them as l check the return policy at the back of the slip as l read it never say l should not return underwear,it say "may not returned due of hygiene"from my understanding l can return them in conditions-l then return them was told l can't return them but l didn't even open or wear them as the manager named Vincent refused_l then walk to get a belt_he followed me as a *****_l felt horribly treated in that store_woolworth was becoming a family brand but now l think H&M should open in my home town.
