Horrible service

I have submitted a death claim with woolworths in April I got a call confirming that the claim has been recieved and there is a payout amount of R3500 that I need to recieve. It's been over a month now and they keep on telling me to wait for 3 to 5 working days for the month till now nothing has been recieved.
