Horrible service!!!

I just left the woolworths store in Woodlands and received such rude and unacceptable service from their so called manager called Filale or something like that.

I bought a legging on the 8th which was in the exact form I brought it to return today 10th December 2022. She's telling me it was worn and is dirty and I'm telling her it's in exactly the same form I took it, it's just it was obviously fitted. They sell us dirty clothes and refuse to take them back when we return.

She's refusing to take it back, so what am I supposed to do with it cause it doesn't fit properly.

I honestly never expected such service from Woolworths. It's rather disappointing. Can someone share the customer care or complaints department numbers or email. I don't want this tight, they must take it back
