Horrible Service

I strongly advise against getting a Woolworths Store Card, they literally harass you for a R26 that is due. I have 10- 12 phone calls daily after I've already told someone I will pay when I have the time as I'm always working.

And then when I do pick up to speak to someone she can't even pronounce my name properly and is utterly rude and disrespectful.

And on top of that, I informed them I don't want them to debit and they still debit me then I can't even get that money back.

For such a well renowned company, their service is horrible.

I hope I never have to deal with Woolworths again.
