Horrible service - 2nd time in a row

2nd time in a row. i purchased items online. my funds get reserved, but my order has been cancelled. (Was advised the first time was only a system glitch) I logged a complaint online was advised someone will call me, but no calls and my funds still reserved 4 days later. this is totally unacceptable
