Horrible service

Tried to make a purchase online and my funds on the gift card were reserved but the purchase was unsuccessful then I made the purchase using money in my account only for them to deduct it twice from my account. I reached out to customer service via email and calling but I have not received any feedback regarding this matter. Hopefully I'll get assistance now!
