Horrible service

I have logged a complaint and no follow up. Mrs n m Mali a security guard at the Woolworths store in Sandton was abit unfair. She allowed other customers to leave with a trolley and they too did not have any Woolworths parcels in. I however am a weekly visitor and I had to rush for prayer and obviously would return after to do my shopping. I’m exceptionally disappointed as nothing was done. And this week she literally sneers at me. Is this something personal or what I hope Woolworths can do something about this.
