horrible service

It was my first time using their delivery service and I must say I regret it. They confirmed that my order will be delivered between11:00 -12:00, at 12:26 an agent called me to inform that the driver is delaying. Time now is 18:39 I called their call centre waited 10 min on the line and when I finally got to someone she told me that order was returned to the store and they are in the process of cancelling the order and will refund me my money whih can take up to 7 working days. This is so pathetic, I am so dissapointed to receive such service from such a brand that prides itself as the best in customer service delivery. They now want to leave me with no food for chrismas
