Horrible quality on online food products

The online orders the quality is horrible.

I ordered from Woolies Margate several times and the quality of the food they bring is not up to standard my recent order that was delivered today the 09/07/2023 the chicken is not fresh it’s like it’s been on the fridge for months. I don’t know why they would do that it’s very disappointing from woolies since they are known for their high quality products

Please can someone assist me and attend to my complaint
