Horrible online shopping experience.

<p>This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had in a long time. I place and paid in full for a R1200 order on Monday 19th of December upon checking out I was prompted to select a delivery slop of which the 23rd was available. No after repeated emails I have been told that the goods I have ordered will only be delivered by the 28th when making a fuss about them not sticking to their delivery date that I paid for I was referred to their T&C that states clothing is 3-5 day delivery and was told that it’s too bad and I can cancel the order if I don’t like it (not in those exact words but that was clearly imp****) Coincidently 3-5 days would be Sat 24 Dec.</p>
