Horrible online shopping app and no refund for products out of stock

I am still waiting for my refund for products that was out of stock and i did not receive- bought on your useless online shopping app that is horrible to use. Its been almost a month now. I have called numerous times and sent emails that i have gotten no reply to. I am going to leave a complaint on hello peter and everywhere i can on sosial media as this is unacceptable. I was on the line now for 15min and they just keep me on hold i had to hang up the phone.
