Horrible, Non-existent customer service

Don't ever get a Woolies C.Card. If you want ****py service just go straight to ABSA who "manage" the card. I took out a card due to all the features etc, that come with it; only to be told the only way to access those benefits is to download the app. From day one until now the app hasn't worked, I cannot log in or claim any benefits. I've been to various Woolies branches, ABSA branches, hours on the phone and multiple emails saying " this matter will be escalated and you will be contacted shortly" almost a year later with no response. My advice, stay very far away from Woolies financials and just stick to grocery/ clothing shopping.
