horrible!!! I will take this further by tomorrow!

This morning I went to return pajamas that were bought as a gift for myself. I was totally annoyed and shall I say saddened the way things happens at Woolworths. It was a gift and sadly the friend that bought it for me is all the way in capetown and the lady ask me for the lady. Seriously??? Knowing I have the I don't have it has it was a gift. She then offered me a gift card. Which I said I have already 4 Gift cards I don't need another one. I would like a cash refund simple. I provided the slip!! All the shops don't have a problem like this except you guys! My journey foes not end here by helloPeter. This is going on every social media page and the news media.
