Horrible, filthy attitudes

I just left one of your stores with a bitter taste in my mouth all because of a miserable, rude and condescending lady by the name of Tshegofatso Mathabatha in the Westgate shopping mall branch. In my days ive never come across someone who has a filthy attitude and the nerve to argue with customers at the top of her voice to appease her colleagues and a store full of customers. She needs to be retrained on the fundamentals of customer service instead of attacking customers for wanting to pay their accounts and make a purchase at the same time, as little as the task she had to do turned into a war of words and slamming my slips and card on the counter top. Your representatives are the face of your brand and frankly, thats a face WE as customers would be happy to do without.
