Horrible Experience ever

I had the most horrible experience ever in a woolworth's store. I'm making use of a temporary card and the card was blocked,now it's not the firs time this happens first time was in Worcester Woolworths they was giving me the best service in helping me to resolve this problem thank you so much.But the Zevenwagh branch OMG I was so embarrassed and with my wife and son.So it happened again where the temp card was blocked they took me to customer services long story short they just give up on me so I feld.not like Worcester where no sir there must a problem on our side let's resolve this. But no it's just and baring in mind I'm standing with my groceries son and wife.Sir your card not working. After me stressing and telling them what must happen this lady tell me again cards not working I was busy with them for almost a hour. Finally they follow my advice as what I told them Worcester store did for me...But Its was the most horrible feeling ever I'f the staff make you feel like you are ***********.
