Horrible experience!

Yesterday I went to Woolworths store and the service was exceptional, so the next step was to call today. I called to proceed and I wasted a good 23min, then I was told we still have another 15min! What a horrible customer service experience, sounded like I was speaking to a robot!!! My details are not updated and I don’t know how far I am. I’m really disappointed. I called using my other number: +27 (71) ***. I expect your customer service is be much better.
