Horrible Efficiency

<p>It's very easy to put my account in arrears and make my credit record look bad bur once everything is settled it becomes a problem to get me off it. it's been months and only now I find out my account is still in Arrears even though it's been paid off and settled . as quick as you are to give me a bad rating you should b as quick to clear my name!!</p>
