Horrible, Disgusting and Unprofessional

I cannot believe the service I have experienced at Woolworths Fourways Mall. HORRIBLE and Unprofessional. Needed to activate my virtual card and went to the help desk. There was a lady there Thuli who was just roaming around and not assisting us while the guy(Pitso) at the help desk was assisting another customer. This girl Thuli says she will assist me but instead gives me the telephone, dials the phone to head office and leaves me there to assist myself. The consultant on the phone asks me go give the phone to someone that works there and I’m just there alone. 20 minutes later this Pitso guy comes, chewing gum like a ***, no name tag on and 200% unprofessional. I ask him if he is going to assist me chewing gum like that -the response was “is my gum bothering you or will the gum stop you from being assisted.” WHAT??? I was beyond shocked, Thuli comes back, I ask her why she walked away and left me alone and she tells me “ I have knocked off, I was doing you a favour”. I have never been so upset, I asked for the manager and was told all the managers have left for home!!! I will never set foot there
