Horrible Dash Delivery experience

Yesterday, I utilized Dash Delivery to order food, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Dash consistently falls short in providing a decent service, lacking empathy and customer-centricity. Although Woolworths offers great products, their customer service leaves much to be desired. I expected my order to be a simple delivery to my doorstep, but it turned out to be an epic fail. Despite being promised a call from Neo, the team leader, to address the issue, it never happened, leaving me feeling frustrated after paying for the service. While I usually turn to social media to voice my concerns, I've opted to use Woolworths' channels this time, but the resolution process has been disappointing.
