Horrible customer service

I am absolutely appalled by what woolworths SA has become, they have completely lost their flare and it is sad to see them going down like this, I have had numerous problems with this company, everything from false advertising on their app to very rude and unpleasant staff, my most latest debacle is with their credit card department, I app**** for a credit card two weeks ago and submitted every document they have requested from me yet I am still waiting for feedback! Everytime I call I get told "the application is still in progress" then the phone gets dropped in my ear! Is this the standards you have dropped down to? Shoprite is even better than woolies these days
