Horrible customer service

The most arrogant and rude cashiers. I bought pants and only later when I wanted to wear them saw they had a hole, we then went to return the item but the people said they can’t take it back as it isn’t in sellable condition (well obviously it has n hole in!) but the started going crazy and we just left after we were accused of “disrespecting” them. We phoned head office and got the problem resolved and they said we can go get a refund or exchange, when I went to get a refund they could only give me a rewards card with the refund on. As if I really want to deal with them again. Most horrible service from staff every!
