Horrible customer service

Terrible service at the customer service at the Walmer Park Shopping Center from Sindi. My wife wanted to exchange a top and the cashier was so dismissive and unhelpful. She rudely told us that there was no stock in store and when my wife asked her to check if the item was available at another store she gave us an angry look and did not even offer to order it in from the other store. When my wife asked her to order it your cashier looked irritated and rudely shoved a piece of paper at my wife to write down her details and did not even say thank you or have a nice day. We were so put off we didn't even bother continuing with our shopping and just left the store.
