Horrible appalling customer service

At this point I am not even sure if I’ll ever get my money back for the items that were delivered to me broken. They play me for a fool by calling to ask if I’ve gotten my refund knowing very well they don’t care. I want my money back Woolworths, this is money that I work so damn hard for. Ref ***6. Elenitza also sent 2 emails promising my refund and I also got a call about it, but I guess I am the fool. Woolworths I want my money back!!!!!
