********** service from Woolworths in Benmore Gardens Shopping Centre

I have just been to Woolworths in Benmore Gardens Shopping centre and I do not understand the service I was given maybe someone could explain how I walk into a store that prides themselves on service and walk out feeling like a nobody??

So this is what happened...

I walk to the food counter and there’s nothing there and to top it off there’s is no one there to explain to the customers what’s going on, all of them are at the bakery side and not even one of them approached me when I reached the counter instead I had to wait there and stare into air until one of them decided to call out a “hello” to me, clearly she was not impressed with me just standing there.. Anyway I said “hello” back and after she gave me a questioning look from where she was standing I asked when the chicken would be ready and she proudly responded “1 Hour 30 minutes!!!” ... Yohh guys!!! Woolworths?? Really?? I can’t believe this... Mind you... I had just been to Pick n Pay and their food was ready with 3 people readily waiting to serve customers and staff waiting on the bakery to serve customers side as well!!! I’m very upset because I buy from Woolworths all time and the staff is never welcoming it’s just that the food is really tasty and fresh that why I always go back had it not been for that I would’ve given up on them a long time ago... Please rectify this behavior Woolworths...
