Horid service

I have had endless issues with Woolworths Cresta. I opened a store card at this store. I was issued a temp card because they had printer problem. It has been a nightmare buying with the temp card every store I go to. For such a company the service sucks. They can't even give you a plastic temp card. Only a stupid paper card. I was told my card will be ready in 30days. I went back to the store 30days later and the card was not ready. The card printer is still not working. I'm told I must be inconvenienced for much longer. Or I must use my petrol to go elsewhere. They knew 30days ago they need to sort it out but didn't.
