Honeyridge(Tony's) Woolworths selling rotten cakes

On the 28th of March, I went to buy a cake at Woolworths as it is our weekentradition to buy a Woolworths cake on a weekend. We normarlly buy at Cresta or Boskruin. Since we did not go to Cresta, we went to Boskruin and the was no stock of the vanilla cake we desired.<br> <br> We then went to the Honeyridge Center(Tony's Center in Honeydew,Beyers Naude drive, Johannesburg). We got the cake, however,when we arrived home, the cake looked funny. The taste of the cake confirmed the look of it. The cake tasted as the expiry date has just been changed and the cake had been forgotten in the fridge for a long time(Hence the new sell by date sticker on the cake). I could not take the cake back on Tuesday due to our work commitments and contacted the Woolworths online customer care and have not received any positive feedback.<br> <br> I advised my family not to eat the cake and rather for us to throw it away, but my partner gave the cake another go 2 days before the **** expiry date and She was ill the whole day after eating the cake the following day.<br> <br> I write this the cake is still here and we afraid to carry on with our Sunday Woolworths cake tradition.<br> <br> This is the worst Woolwrths cake ever!<br> <br> Been loyal
