Honesty and integrity

I had left a purchase behind in store which I intended to exchange. The bag had both my purchase for which I paid cash and the till slip. I phoned the next day when I had realised that I had left it behind. I spoke to a lady who advised that Innocentia had my bag and that they would hold it for me. I was so impressed that the staff were honest and kept my bag when it could have been taken by anybody. They were friendly and treated me with respect. Thank you Woolworths for your excellent staff and I will continue to use your services always.
