Highly don't recommend Dash delivery

Placed an online order for Dash delivery on the 16th of December, the driver couldn't get a hold of me so he returned the order back to the store. I requested a refund and customer service informed me that I have to submit an ID copy and bank statement, I opted for a voucher on the 20th of December, it's the 31st of December and I'm still waiting.
