HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED

So My sister and i got gifts from our friend, she bought small sizes the items were a dress for R699, blazer for R999 and a dress for R899. She bought the items cash from Mall of Africa, now when i went to exchange at Woodlands i lost the slip, today I came to Woolworths the grove for the R699 dress i took th same dress different colour for the other two items i took clothes amounting to the same price because there were no sizes, I was told they cannot exchange the policy says i must have the last four digits of a card or remember the date of purchase... The items were not exchanged and this i find dissapointing. My fuel that I wasted to go to the mall. Mind you the clothes are in the original state and what is this thing of if your items are more priced you struggle to change.. Highly dissapointed and now i am stuck with items i do not want and they do not fit. Please call me *** I am not happy at all
