HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND DISHEARTENED BY WOOLWORTHS!!

I THOUGHT WOOLWORTHS WAS A REPUTABLE COMPANY!!!

My mother used to work for Woolworths RCO while it was still in Randburg, and was retrenched due to the branch moving to Cape Town. When they were retrenched, they had the option to either take their retrenchment package or to buy shares/ invest in the business for a payout after the employee's desired time line, and my mother chose the option of not getting her retirement package, instead she chose the option of investing the money for her 3 children (myself included) so that she could get the money years later. During those years she suffered a stroke which impaired her mind (i.e forgetting most of the things that have happened years back) and she had completely forgot about that, some time last year, she found these papers (original documentation) of every thing that was discussed and agreed upon with Woolworths when she was retrenched with signatures of everyone that she was in discussion with, in regards to the retrenchment. We decided to go to Woolworths to ask what to do in this case since the head office is now in Cape Town, they advised us to call to which we were taken from pillar to post, if it's not being told to go to the store, it was spending hours and hours on the phone with employees transferring us from one to the other, which has made us spend more money than we have, this other person that we spoke to told us that we can't call after 25 years to demand money, they use new systems now, and all my mother wants is her payouts because she did this so that she can be financially independent, WE WANT OUR MOTHER'S MONEY, she's old and frail now and she says she's not going to rest until she gets her money that she invested for so long, 25 years is a very long time. Please get back to ASAP, ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE TO VALIDATE ALL OF THIS.
