highly annoyed!!!

I am very disappointed with the online shopping at woolworths, I bought under the food section and specified the date and time my orders has to be delivered, i was suppose to get my stuff on the 28 June between 2 to 5 pm but then i got an email stating that your order is expected to have a delay of approximately 1 hour to 2 hours i then sent a query stating that i gave my work address because 'Woolworths" for some strange reason do not deliver in my area where i stay and then to my surprise got called by the delivery guy at around 9 pm and wanted to deliver that time when i was already in my bed, now when i checked the status to my surprise it shows that it has been shipped!!! shipped where? and who received it?
