High price for poor quality

Good morning I like to lay a complaint in regards to a triple layer chocolate cake purchased for my wife birthday im truly disappointed with the quality I had payed R200 for the cake and expected good quality in return being it my wife birthday but it was terrible the cake was absolutely dry not moist at all it seemed to be old even though I used it well before the use by date please refer to attached pictures for the date her birthday was on the 26th and the product I am referring to I am very disappointed and a cake is the main thing for a birthday further more R200 is alot of money to just waste on poor quality please sort out this issue and compensate me with a voucher or so on because I'm not willing to accept this poor quality from a well recognized brand of store
