Hidden t's and c's

<p>Went to Woolworths Highland Mews (Witbank) to return my sons clothes they don't fit him well. I was told that they won't give me a refund because I used a bank card and they want it and I didn't have it with me. I left it in Nelspruit. They went on to tell me that it's company policy to request for the bank card but now what makes me angry is that why don't they tell their customers when they're purchasing that if they buy with a bank card should they want a refund then that same bank card will be needed. Why must such things be hidden & even worse you make your customers look like fools. Why don't you write such things on the back of the till slip so that your customers know what they getting themselves into. It's really unfair that you pay but when you want your money they refuse & tell you that they'll give you a gift card. Money was deducted on the card but they still insist on giving me a gift card. I don't want a gift card, there's a sale at Truworths and I want to go buy there. Please give me my money back. I don't want anything to do with Woolworths ever again. I wasted my airtime and called customer service but the guy I spoke to was just as rude. I left the clothes together with the receipt l, with the store manager. If you don't want to give me my money then it's fine. You can keep everything!! God bless you all</p>
