This is more of a happy ending. I had an account which was apparently handed over to RL Daly attorneys by Woolworths. I was contacted for a settlement amount which i then paid in full i was promised a paid up letter thereafter by RL Daly which i never got i was in contact with both Woolworths and RL Daly trying to get this resolved i was then passed back from one person to the next each one saying the attorney needs to provide the letter and then attorneys stating woolworths needs to provide it. My credit profile had to be updated too as paid up. I eventually received a response from Woolworths recoveries department a lady by the name of Carmen Hansby. She was a blessing in disguise in a matter of 30 mins she got my issue reolved and even got my accounts updated on ITC. Thank you Carmen for your amazing work and assistance you deserve a gold medal. It has restored my faith in Woolworths. I cant say the same for RL Daly they are a bunch of theives.
