heavy hand

31/1/2015 @ 14:00 I purchased 7 items from the food dept. No plastic bag was provided for the groceries. On exiting the main entrance I was physically accosted (security black female layed her hands on my wrists) & slandered me to return to the store and explain why I was leaving the store with purchases not paid for. A crowd of shoppers witnessed this ****** attack. I produced my slip and then was demanded why I do not have a WW plastic bag for my goods. NO APOLOGY OR EXPLANATION WAS GIVEN BY THESE HEAVY HANDED untrained supposed door security. I feel totally humiliated and will never shop at this WW branch again.
