Dear Woolies Menlyn Team,

I am writing to extend my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service I received during my visit on Friday. After completing my shopping, I left the store and realized 45 minutes later that I had forgotten my laptop bag in a trolley. Naturally, I was extremely stressed and rushed back to the store.

Upon my return, I approached the cashiers for assistance. The ladies there were incredibly helpful and reassured me during a very anxious moment. One of them kindly advised me to calm down and accompanied me to the security office. She mentioned that if the laptop hadn't been reported to security, they would check the cameras.

When we reached the security office, she promptly contacted the department responsible for lost items and coordinated with the security team. To my immense relief, they confirmed that they had found my laptop bag and brought it to me. Everything inside, including my laptop and chargers, was intact.

Woolies Menlyn, you truly rock! The professionalism, empathy, and swift action of your staff saved me and my business from a potential crisis. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for their assistance.

Once again, thank you to everyone involved. Your outstanding service has made a lasting impression on me, and I will certainly share this positive experience with others.
