Woolworths Cafe Retail Crossing, Roodepoort. I was at the Cafe counter ordering a take-away beverage. Whilst waiting for my order, I noticed the chef fetched a dirty glass from the back room, held it with index & middle fingers inside the glass whilst giving it a quick rinse under the tap at the counter sink then filled it with an order, dispatched it to a table. The kitchen is full of staff but service poor and the kitchen / small appliances are not clean. Please have all your Cafe staff wear gloves and make sure only crockery is used after being cleaned by dishwasher. Please have all kitchen staff wearing hairnets. Please have clean crockery within the kitchen so your customers can see clean dishes are being used. Please do housekeeping training as well as cross contamination training. Please print new menus yours are tattered. Thank goodness my beverage came in a clean plastic cup with sealed straw.
