Haven't delivered my order

<p><br />Very very extremely upset and disappointed with Woolworths. Shopped online for the very first time and chose a day and time for them to deliver. They didn't pitch up. i called ***. was told someone would call me back but noone did. i called a bit later. Am on hold at the moment. its been 16 minutes on the line so far waiting for someone to tell me wheres my parcel. I've ordered with many companies and NEVER had a problem.</p> <p>I have planned a vacation and my parcel was supposed to come before I leave.</p> <p>I've just been told they'll only deliver Monday which is completely unacceptable. honestly i think its best my order is cancelled.</p>
