Have your cake and eat it

4th September I called Woolworths Cradlestone to set aside a rainbow cake for me. On collection about an hour later the gentleman who so kindly put one aside informed me that one of his colleagues removed the cake which had note on stating I'd collect it. I then spoke to the manager Willen who was kind enough to arrange one by 7am thennext morning. It was for my daughters rainbow party. My hubby so nicely collected the cake and was then sent from one entrance to another for half an hour. What a disappointing experience with a company who's known for excellence. Clearly you dropped the ball. Firstly letting us rush to the store to find no cake them letting us run around for half an hour to get it the next day
