HARD BUNS / DRY CHICKEN / NO PROMOTION ON CUSTARD

Last night my husband I didn't feel like standing in the long line for checkers in Westgate Mall Mitchell's plain. So we opt for woolworths where we knew we will pay a little bit extra for quality and there's no line. We purchase a couple of items. My husband bought a ready made chicken while i was looking and walking around checking out the specials unaware when I got home only to find the chicken is dry and I received no promotion on the two boxes of custard yet it was advertsed two boxes for R40 ... and the Hot cross bunns is hard. Now not in a million years this would have happened in Century City Woolies. Why would they sell such items to us yet we are one of the Riches places in Cape Town Mitchell's' plain yet the service we receive is disgusting
