Harassment to point of no return!!!!!

After numerous conversations with regards to me working in a call centre and is not allowed personal calls they continue to harass you at work up to 15 missed calls during the day, yes I am in arrears with the account but if I loose my job because of there continued harassment I eont be able to pay them anything. At least I am making monthly payments.
