Harassment by Woolworths Security

I purchased shoes at Woolworths Brits Mall on Friday together with groceries and lost the receipt. In Saturday I went to exchange the shoes at Woolworths Wonderboom Junction, the teller advised that I needed to go back to the security to get stickers on. After that the manager went yo call Brits Mall Woolworths to confirm the purchase, whilst I was waiting for the manager to return the security lady was all over me insinuating that I stole the shoes in the store and wanted a refund for them. These were her exact words ' Its funny that you just came into the store and did not disclose the shoes now you suddenly want a refund' I asked what was going on as I was still waiting for the manager and if I was being investigated. The manager came back with the confirmation that indeed I had purchased he shoes at Woolworths Brits mall. The whole orocess was flawed and I felt harassed and insulted..mind you I am pregnant and do not need that kind of stress. I would expect Woolworths to do better and I love how their staff are professionals but this whole incident changed my view of Woolworths.
