Harassment by the securities

I am tired of being harassed my the security at maponya mall,this is now traumatizing me cause I don't enjoy my shopping anymore this is the third time,I've written emails, went on Instagram, even spoke to the store manager there but there is not improvement, the security are still harassing me,yesterday I went there thinking I'll get a better service, I am tired now ,even thinking of taking legal root, cause I can not be treated like a theif, Woolworths is failing to deal with their security people. I use my own hard earned money to shop there ,yesterday if it was not the frozen youghurt that I was craving would have returned everything that I bought back to the store I and take my money back,cause I can see I am not valued. I can't be complaining for to many times and I don't see and improvement,
