Harassment

I had credit card*** 814000)with Woolworths which was handed to Daly credit and have been making payments as agreed until had a zero balance which was last year December 2023. This year I'm receiving calls that I have R699 outstanding fair enough then when I request a simple statement showing a last payment with balance, no one's assisting instead I'm getting harassed by numerous calls. So I need help
