Harassment

I have been harassed to the point of disbelief about an account payment, made before due date, but not captured by WFS! This included up to 6 calls a day for weeks. There is something seriously problematic going on in their accounts department. I have to assume that their call centre collection agents are working on a commission basis, and paid very little, if any basic salary. Absolutely shocking, and impossible to speak to anybody in management. They remain unapologetic .
