Harassing daily phone calls due to R100 over credit limit!

I have been receiving daily calls from WFS for over a week now, when I answer my phone, there is a dial tone, after which no one speaks. I blocked the number, thinking it was a spam call, only for WFS to call my home number, asking to speak to me. when I get to the phone, the call is cut. I know it's WFS because called the number from my phone, yet no one answers. I decided to call the call centre, only for the agent to tell me that the reason i am getting the calls is that I am R100 over my credit limit. Not in arrears, not missing payments, but R100 over limit! This after I usually pay more than what is due, and way before the due date. Is this how you treat your paying customers WFS? I shudder to think how you treat your customers struggling to make ends meet!

DO better Woolworths. You're supposed to be "The Difference"...just DO BETTER!
