Harassed by Collectors

I lost my job but i make sure i pay my accounts, i paid my Woolworths account through EFT on 3rd of June. My problem is being harassed by the collections department. I went Eastgate branch and gave their financial services proof of payment, the same day i received a call demanding payment, I already send the proof of payment by email more than 5 times, still I m getting calls. I dont appreciate being harassed everyday by WFS. Please do your job

I experienced the same abuse from Edgars and i closed my account. I m totally unhappy with the treatment i getting as a paying customer.
