Harassed and none performance. POOR SERVICE

I paid an account last month and I kept recieving text or sms to pay my account. I have been harrassed when i knew thaf I have paid this account. It turns out that the money wad paid into tge wrong account. I called and sent reciept anf I wad told it will take 5 days to clear and this was on the 31 July 2019. I find it strange that 17 days later nothing has been done. I did my obligation to pay account on time and wollies fails me. I felt harassed and it even looked like you guys do nit know what you are doing. The lady said she will call me to clear it and to date no ine and nothing has heen done. I have an app to see if its updated, I even paid again but still nothing. I am tired of fighting a losing battle. My obligation is to pay account on time which I have done but I am failed and harrassed. No one is coming back to me to telk me is the account os up to date. I recieved several sms over a period of time. I am sooooo frustrated thT the company so trusted is dojng what ****a shops do. Tjerrreeee
